katie.. mammys little angel.
you will always be missed there is never a day that goes by that i dont think of you.
i know you were poorly everyday and just wished i could of took the pain away for you. your in a
better place now no more pain and suffering.

katie died in the queen elizabeth hospital on 17th november 2006 she was over drugged.
after a brave fight all her organs packed up i knew katie would die in her infancy just i didnt want
to believe it.
Katie spend most of her life in hospital. she was brain damaged at birth.. born with a cleft lip and
a hole in the heart. She was well loved in the RVI where she was born and well loved by her family.

SHE WAS A VERY SPECIAL LITTLE GIRL.

Katie Victoria died 4 years 11 months 4 days, she had "Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome",
